By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “terms”). We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time and any new terms and conditions will be displayed on the website under “Terms and Conditions”. By continuing to use and access the website you agree to be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

Access and Use of Website
1.1.You agree to access and use this website for your personal and non-commercial use only and abide by the Terms and Conditions. MSJ Ltd reserves the right to suspend the access and use of the website to any user who does not abide by the Terms and Conditions.
1.2.You agree that the use of this website does not grant you the right to use any of the trademarks, designs and/or logos contained in it.
1.3.MSJ Ltd does not warrant that the material contained in the website or any function thereof or its server, will operate without interruption or delay or will be free from defects, viruses or bugs, or compatible with any other software or material. The website is provided ‘as is’; and accessing the website is entirely at your own risk.
1.4.This website and all the intellectual property rights in it such as copyrights, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights are owned or authorized to be used by MSJ Ltd.
1.5.This website may contain hyperlinks or references to third parties’ websites other than the website which are provided for perusal only and we have no control over such websites and therefore accept no responsibility for their content, material or information.

Orders
2.1.You warrant that in placing an order you are eligible to do so and that
- You provide your real name, contact information and payment details
- You provide a delivery address
- You possess a valid payment method that works on the website
2.2. Any order placed on the website is subject to acceptance by MSJ Ltd in accordance with the following:
- You will be given an opportunity to confirm your order including your address and payment details prior to completing the order;
- After you have placed an order, you will be sent an acknowledgment email to let you know we have received your order. This is however not an acceptance of your order or confirmation;
- You will be sent an email confirming that your order has been dispatched for delivery. This is confirmation and acceptance of your order;
- Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 5 days of confirmation of your order. Where we are unable to deliver your order within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse your order in the following circumstances: -
- One or more products in your order is unavailable;
- We are unable to process payment for your order or your chosen payment method has been refused;
- We have identified a pricing or product description error.
In the event we are unable to accept your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Service.
2.4.Whilst we take care to ensure that products are priced correctly, occasionally there may be pricing errors. In the event that there has been a pricing error in the price of a product you have ordered, customer service will contact you. You will be given the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. Please note that prices for products may change at any time without prior notice.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours following the purchase by calling our Customer Service on
You should quote your order number when calling Customer Service for cancellation. Any payment already made by card or by bank transfer shall be reversed back as soon as practicably possible. You agree to be charged a fee of 5% on the purchase amount of any cancelled order.
3. Product description
3.1.We do not guarantee that the product images you see on our website are an accurate representation. Should you require further information on the products on our website please contact Customer Service.
3.2.All products are subject to availability at the point of purchase. Once a product is sold out, it will be taken off the website and may not be available again. If any products you order are out of stock, Customer Service will contact you so that you can cancel the whole or part of your order.
4. Payment
4.1 Payments for products and services shall in made in Mauritian Rupees;

5. Delivery
5.1.You will be asked to choose your delivery options before check out.
5.2.Our express delivery is carried out by third party couriers. Should you opt for delivery to be carried out by a third party courier, by placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions of carriage by our delivery partners; Mauritius Post; DHL; Fed Ex: UPS. Please refer to their website for further details of the conditions of carriage.
5.3.The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation email. If you do not receive an estimated delivery date from us, we will deliver the order within 5 days after the date of dispatch. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date; however, there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible; however, we will not be liable for any losses caused as a result of such delay.
6. Returns Policy
6.1.You shall be responsible to ensure upon delivery that the product/s delivered matches the product ordered, is not damaged and is in good workable condition.
6.2.In the event the product/s do not match the product/s ordered, is damaged and is not in good workable condition, you must not accept delivery and return the product/s to the delivery staff
6.3.After delivery you must inform MSJ Ltd within 1 day of any mismatch in product/s, damage or defect by calling Customer Service. Any return shall be considered on a case to case basis taking into consideration the warranty conditions provided that you bring the product/s to us, that there has not been any attempt to modify or tamper with the product/s and upon presentation of the original invoice and identification.
7. Data Protection
7.1.All personal data voluntarily collected from you is governed by the Data Protection Act 1997 and will be used is accordance with its provisions.
7.2.Cookie Policy
